Hey there! I’m Boom

I’m Bangkok-based, and most weekends I’m somewhere else in Thailand. Wandering Asia is that habit written up one room at a time, plus the rooftop bars and the street food stalls that fill the hours in between.

It usually starts with the same question you’re asking: is this place actually as good as the photos? Sometimes it is. Sometimes the pool sits in shade from 2pm and nobody thought to mention it.

So that’s what’s here. Rooms worth the money, bars worth crossing town for, and the occasional plate of noodles that ruins every plate after it.
